PSA Process Control System in a Gypsum Plant:

Migration of a complete process control system during operation: The old Siemens S5 controllers with Cemat V4 have been replaced by new S7 400 controllers. The process control system PSA PCS had been produced and tested in advance. Through parallel operation and a step-by-step replacement of the controllers a production downtime could have been prevented. Then the old S5 modules have been exchanged.
